Welcome to Cypress Lodge 1423
Cypress Lodge received its Charter on December 5, 1968 from The Grand Lodge Of Texas, A.F. & A.M. To become a Mason, a man needs to be of good moral character. Masonry does not make good men, it makes good men better.
If you are interested in petitioning Cypress Lodge for membership, you may come by and visit or contact the Secretary.

What is Freemasonry?
Freemasonry is a fraternity that exists to take good men and help them to become better men. Thus, it is not a reform society. It does not exist to reform criminals, nor would such persons benefit from its teachings.
Our ancient fraternity is built on the principles of Brotherly Love, Relief, and Truth. We meet regularly to discuss moral and philosophical topics, participate in charitable works, and strengthen the bonds of brotherhood.
Freemasonry teaches its members to be better husbands, fathers, and citizens. Through our rituals and ceremonies, we learn timeless lessons about integrity, compassion, and service to others.
